Definitions of Basic Terms, Rights and Restriction:
REGISTRATION
The Pronova Academy Registration Form should be submitted directly online (at https://pronova.academy) or by email to your contact at pronova@pronova.hr.
COURSE CONFIRMATION
All the courses will be confirmed once at least 5 participants are registered (8 participant if it’s a job shadowing).
Bookings are not confirmed until official enrolment confirmation is provided by Pronova d.o.o..
Pronova d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel the course up to 30 days before the course start date in case of the participants registered for the course are fewer than 5 people.
We recommend that you do not book flights or accommodation until Pronova d.o.o. has confirmed the course will take place in the proposed dates.
COURSE FEES
Pronova d.o.o. will issue the invoice 45 days before the start date of the course
Payments must be done by bank transfer or cash upon on arrival.
Payment by bank transfer:
All course fees need to be paid in full by bank transfer at least 30 days prior to the participant commencing the course.
Payments should be made in Euro (€) or another currency which will be converted to Euro € at the rate of exchange on the date received.
All bank charges for payment by Bank Transfer are to be paid by the client.
Please, indicate either invoice number or your name and surname in the subject of your bank transfer.
It is recommended to email (at kresimir@pronova.hr) a copy of the bank confirmation or proof of payment.
Payment in cash upon on arrival:
Pronova d.o.o. only accepts payment in cash for amounts up to 1.000€ for participant.
Payment in cash must be approved by Pronova Academy team at least 30 days prior to the participant commencing the course.

- Tuition delivered by an expert tutor in English (5 hours per day)
- Training materials
- Coffee corner
- Preparation of Mobility Agreements
- Issuing of Training & Europass Mobility Certificate
COURSE PROGRAMME CHANGES
Pronova d.o.o. reserves the right to modify the course programme published on the website depending on the level of participants or slight modifications introduced by the Tutor.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Pronova d.o.o. can arrange extra services for participants such us: accommodation, airport transfer, local transport and/or cultural visits.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Course fees:
If the participant cancels the course more than 30 days before the course commences, all fees will be refunded.
If the participant cancels the course between 30 and 7 days before the course starts, they will be refunded in a form of a voucher to be used for the future courses delivered within 12 months.
The course is non-refundable If the participant cancels 7 days before the course start date.
Extra services (accommodation, transportation and/or cultural visits):
The cancellation policy applied depends on the service provider. Please, consult with Pronova d.o.o.. before you confirm your reservation.
