Are you able to provide cultural content and excursions?
Yes. As part of the organization of mobility, we also offer the organization of free time, which includes cultural visits to other cities and city sightseeing, visits to museums and other facilities, sports activities, etc. Packages depend on the type of mobility and the city, and for more information, feel free to contact us.
Which institutions can we visit as an example of good practice as part of Job Shadowing?
Our partners for the implementation of Job Shadowing are preschools, primary and secondary schools, vocational schools and companies in the individual sectors we offer. The institutions that our participants can visit as part of Job Shadowing as an example of good practice depends on the sector in which the teachers teach. In other words, we adapt the program to the needs of our users.
Are you able to provide transportation from the airport to the accommodation and also on the way back?
Yes, we organize transportation for all our mobility participants.
Are you able to provide food for participants?
Yes, we organize accommodation and food for all our mobility participants. We are able to offer several different packages: Accommodation without meals, accommodation with breakfast and accommodation with full board. We organize accommodation depending on the needs of our participants and the size of the groups: Hostels, hotels, private accommodation, etc.
Are you able to provide local transportation?
Yes, we organize local transportation for all our mobility students.
Who is in charge of supervising of professional practice?
During professional practice, all students have (in addition to a lecturer and a mentor) mentor who is responsible for monitoring the of the tasks of the professional practice program, filling in the professional practice diary and all other parameters during professional practice, such as adherence to occupational safety guidelines, etc. Also, Pronova employees are available to the participants on a 0/24 basis in case of all unforeseen situations and solving them as necessary.
What type of documentation do you provide on your part?
We provide you with help in designing project applications - defining the learning outcomes and all other descriptions of the programs we offer, which are necessary for the project application, Europass Mobility document, Certificate of Erasmus+ Participation, Understanding Agreement Memorandum/Cooperation agreement, Comprehensive Final Summary, etc.

Can we deliver all the application documents via email?
Yes. Online type of communication and exchange of documentation is acceptable to us in any form.
What type of certificate do we get after completing the course?
Certificate of completed course and, if necessary and desired by the user, other certificates such as Europass, Certificate of participating institution, Comprehensive Final Summary, etc. The certificate itself contains information about the duration, topics and learning outcomes achieved during the course.
Who are the lecturers in the courses?
The lecturers in the course are our external collaborators who are experts in the subject area that is the subject of the course, and who are employees of schools, universities or leaders in the private sector.
In which language are lectures held as part of the courses, students' professional practice and Job Shadowing for teachers?
All mobility programs are held in English.
How many days of job shadowing are you able to provide for teachers?
We are able to provide work monitoring activities (from 2 to 60 days) and teaching or training activities (from 2 to 365 days)

How many days of professional practice are you able to provide for students of vocational schools?
We are able to provide short-term mobility of students in vocational education and training for the duration of 10 to 89 days, and long-term mobility of students in vocational education and training for the purpose of learning (ErasmusPro) for the duration of 90 to 365 days.
Given the fact that the city of Zadar, as one of the cities where we provide our programs, is a highly touristic destination, mobilities longer than 2 weeks are ideal for the tourism sector.
Does the professional practice package include transportation from the place of accommodation to the place where the professional practice is held?
Yes. For all our participants, regardless of whether it is a student internship, Job Shadowing or Courses, we provide transportation from the place of accommodation to the venue of the mobility program on a daily basis.

Vocational school students can do professional practice in companies that are our partners, as well as partly in vocational schools that have equipped laboratories and specialized classrooms
