Description
The purpose of the education is to strengthen the target group of preschool workers, the basis for the use of 3D scanning, printing and modeling technology within the 5 thematic areas of RCK, and to enrich teaching methods and enrichment of teaching materials within regular and adult education, but also to strengthen the knowledge and skills of teachers who will participate in FabLab Slavonika activities.
Depending on which institution the course participants come from, the level of complexity of the course itself is adjusted to their needs.

- Understand the model of giftedness and the dynamic model of identification of gifted students
- Recognize the characteristics of gifted students by areas of specific abilities
- Adopt the principles of working with gifted students.
- Define the roles of participants in the educational process in working with gifted students
- Compare the importance of intelligence, creativity and motivation for the development of giftedness
- Create a dynamic model for the identification of gifted students as well as educational support for gifted students
- Create forms for monitoring the achievements and progress of gifted students
- Continuously evaluate the used identification procedures and review the results of the identification of gifted students
