Basics of controlling CNC machines for metal processing on a five-axis machining center (milling machine) and a universal turning machining center (CLX350)
Description
The purpose of the course is to provide participants with knowledge and skills that they will be able to apply in their practical work for the purpose of applying new technologies – managing Siemens 840-D control units. Participants will develop their knowledge and skills through a practical example of making simple machine parts on the above-mentioned machines (CNC machines). They will have the opportunity to independently create one example of a simple shape of an object made of metal. The entire course will be held in the school workshop equipped with CNC machines.
Target audiences
Teachers of secondary vocational schools in the field of mechanical engineering who carry out the teaching process in the form of practical classes, but all other teachers from the mechanical engineering sector can also participate.
