Technological progress today is faster than ever before. Technology has changed the world unimaginably in recent decades; the fourth industrial revolution, which is also called industry 4.0, is reflected in all segments, not only in factories and production, but also in society in general.
Thus, automation, robotics and artificial intelligence will take over various tasks performed by humans today, causing many jobs to disappear or change, and on the other hand, new ones will be created that will require highly skilled labor.
Adequate knowledge and skills also require other qualities, such as independence, mobility, high motivation, ability to communicate and work in a group and, last but not least, willingness to learn and further education and training.
