Description
The purpose of the education is to strengthen the target groups for working with children and adults with developmental disabilities and the development of techniques, tools and methods in working with them, to facilitate the development and inclusion of vulnerable groups in both regular and adult education programs.
Thematic areas of education that should be covered are
- Motivation of long-term unemployed persons;
- Specificity of teaching for adults with organic disabilities and developmental difficulties;
- Inclusion of students with developmental disabilities in the educational process;
- Support for students with developmental and learning disabilities;
- Communication with students with developmental disabilities during the educational process;
- Effective therapeutic strategies in working with students with PUR.
During education, it is necessary to familiarize the target groups of the education with various therapeutic strategies/methods/techniques, and in order to encourage the members of the professional service to continue training in one of these areas.
Target audiences
Educators and teachers of preschool institutions, primary schools and secondary (General and VET) schools.
Depending on which institution the course participants come from, the level of complexity of the course itself is adjusted to their needs.
